Why is it so hard to celebrate my wins?

For some reason, it’s soooo hard to celebrate wins – and even before that, to acknowledge them as wins!

Why do we need to be making those 6 figures a year to celebrate? Or to have found our dream job?

Why is it so hard to celebrate all the small steps and achievements along the way? This way, we may not be celebrating IN YEARS!

Let’s be honest: We work hard every day, we give our best, we have the best intentions at heart… Don’t we deserve to be good to ourselves and celebrate our small wins?

Small wins could be: Having checked off all points in my to-do list; Having finally tidied up my desk; Having managed to do some sports two times a week as planned; anything else that comes to your mind?

What have you achieved lately that you are happy about?
