Stakeholder Centered Coaching
Stakeholder Centered Coaching was developed by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. This approach is different from ‘classical executive coaching’ in that it systematically involves the people who work with the leader (his/her stakeholders, e.g. direct reports, peers, superiors), enabling both the rapid identification of key issues, and for coaching to become embedded in day-to-day interactions on the job.
Based on a global study involving 8 multinational organizations, 95% of the 11,000 business leaders who have been through the coaching process measurably improved in their leadership effectiveness.
