Problem-Solving

By Myriam Callegarin • July 21st, 2009

They say that leadership is the ability to solve problems.

And that success is the ability to solve problems.

So how good are you at solving problems?

Here’s an effective way to do it:

Step 1: Define the problem clearly

Step 2: Brainstorm all possible solutions

Step 3: Choose the one(s) that suits you best

Step 4: Take action. If the first one doesn’t work, try the second one. And so on!

“Lots of people limit their possibilities by giving up easily. Never tell yourself this is too much for me. It’s no use. I can’t go on. If you do you’re licked, and by your own thinking too. Keep believing and keep on keeping on.”
Norman Vincent Peale

Let’s become creative: The more we try to solve problems the better we become at finding solutions!

What works best for you?
