Many businesses have been challenged during the recent recession. Members were sharing how they are overcoming their own challenges. Some tips I have learned is that I need to focus in on any area that needs attention and decide what action needs to be taken. If a process is not working, what can I do to bring the desired result. Team members have also shared how they seek input from people that are working for them. I look forward to the call later this month and appreciate Myriam's efforts in leading our group.
