Corporate and Management Experience:
Meg is a Master Certified Coach and an international leadership facilitator. Based in Europe since 1994, Meg delivers leadership development programs and coaching to the executives of many large multinational companies all over the world.
Margaret served as a public prosecutor and worked many years in private practice as a commercial trial attorney, becoming managing partner of a law firm. She then served as in-house counsel and director of human resources for a company based in Dallas, Texas.
In 1994 Meg moved to Slovakia and served as the American Bar Association’s liaison there, working with Slovak ministries, the Parliament and local judges and attorneys to assist in the establishment of the rule of law. From 1995 through 2001 Margaret and her husband Mark Brown developed and delivered management-training programs and coaching throughout Central and Eastern Europe and Russia for KPMG.
Meg has served on the faculty of the Solvay Business School of the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Boston University Graduate Center Brussels. She has also delivered training programs to The European Commission and the European Parliament.
Coaching Approach:
The main focus of Meg’s facilitation and coaching, is to help clients to understand their own motivations, their purpose, their values and visions. She further works with them to discover the best use of their energy budgets, and to forge a life style that supports the best use of that budget. From this place of clarity it becomes easier to plot a course, to communicate with others and to understand and appreciate the vision and missions of others; to learn how to align one’s life with these values and mission, and to gain alignment with others.
