How to Reduce Stress in Your Business
Many entrepreneurs are in a constant state of stress and overwhelm. As an entrepreneur you often end up working longer and harder for less money than an employee.
If you are always busy doing the work of three or more people, and putting out cash flow fires, you just don’t have the time to make strategic growth decisions. On top of this, add the stress about not having enough time for yourself, your family and other things that matter. All of this really saps your energy and power!
How do you get out of this cycle?
There is just one way to get out of this cycle: Take the bull by the horns.
- Make a committment to get your business on track. Without such a commitment with yourself, how can you expect your situation to be different in 12 months from now?
- Focus on a specific target: This doesn’t mean you will not be able to do other things you enjoy, but it will help your pockets and your sanity.
- Write your Business & Marketing Plan: Yes, this is essential for your relaxation! And no, it doesn’t have to be such a struggle!
- Create a Marketing and Pricing Strategy that ensures the financial return you want.
- Delegate or outsource tasks that you do not enjoy: they drain your energy and rob valuable time that you could spend on your core business.
- Get a mentor or a coach: No one can do it all alone. CEOs have advisory boards; leaders always have someone with whom they discuss their ideas, concerns and strategies.
My business plan has been growing “almost on its own” and I am impressed about how far I have come in the last couple of months. And this was only possible because of Myriam’s professional guidance. Thank you, Myriam.”

What is the benefit?
You focus your attention on what really matters for your business, you know what to do, how to do it, and when to do it.
This helps you manage your time much more effectively. You have the feeling of being in control, and this quickly relieves stress and makes you feel re-energized and motivated, allowing you to make better strategic decisions.
Would this be good for yourself and your business?
