Assessments:

Our corporate programs are customized according to our client’s requirements. They typically include  a Tilt 360 Leadership Assessment or Tilt 360 Team Climate Assessment that serves as a base for an Individual or Team Development Plan. They can be combined with interactive workshops where participants are engaged in the development of a personal or team strategy. The workshops are usually followed by team or individual coaching to support change, to review progress and measure results.
