Tilt 360 Team Climate Predictor
The Tilt 360 Team Climate Predictor measures the psychological climate of teams. It shows how the team is responding to their leader, and helps to identify the key areas to develop to increase effectiveness and performance.

Tilt 180 Mentor Survey
The Tilt 180 Mentor Survey is targeted for leaders who desire feedback from their personal “Board of Advisors” and is perfect in mentoring situations or when the company has another 360 in place in Human Capital Systems. Like the Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor, it measures the core strengths of “Leadership Presence & Impact”; however, it focuses on feedback from raters who serve in a role as a personal mentor for the leader.
Who is this good for: The Tilt 180 Mentor Survey is an excellent compliment to existing 360-degree feedback, strengths-based or personality assessments.
Tilt 360 Leadership Predictor SNAPSHOT – For Individuals
This is a shorter version of the original Tilt 360 LP and is a valuable personality-trait based leadership assessment for self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs. It includes fewer rater groups and is an excellent tool to gain an insight in how you are perceived by the people you work with, thus providing a clear starting point for personal development.
