About Myriam Callegarin

Myriam Callegarin believes that any challenge is an opportunity for growth, and can be overcome by creating connections: with our own hidden resources and with the people around us – sometimes even with our biggest opponents.
Myriam combines over twenty years of experience in international Sales, Business and Leadership development with a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations to bring out the best in themselves and others.
A native Italian, Myriam Callegarin grew up in Switerland and Italy and lived and worked in Germany, Italy, Singapore and South Korea. She is fluent in English, German and Italian, and has been working with managers and executives from all over the world, working in organizations of all sizes, including Daimler, Ford Motor Company, Telecom Italia, Roche, ENEL, ENI, Ermenegildo Zegna, Luxottica, Reckitt-Benckiser and several more.
Besides coaching and training, Myriam also teaches International Management within the Executive MBA Program at the CUOA Business School in Vicenza, Italy.
Prior to becoming a professional coach and trainer in 2008, she was the founder and CEO of a consultancy for international business development, and led a global team of independent senior consultants specializing in market entry and international mergers and acquisitions.
Myriam began her career at Mercedes-Benz in Germany (today Daimler AG), where she held a range of positions. In the International Sales Division in the German Headquarters she worked closely with global VIP customers and the General Representatives in Thailand, Cambodia and Brunei as an Order Processing Executive for Passenger Car Sales to Southeast Asia. In Singapore she coordinated the sales of MB100 vans to Latin America, and the transfer of the department to South Korea, where she trained the Korean sales staff. Later in the Headquarters again, as an eBusiness Market Advisor she facilitated the roll out of new eBusiness solutions for the Mercedes-Benz brand in Southeast Asia, Australia, India and Italy, working closely with the IT, Sales and Marketing Departments in both the Headquarters and the subsidiaries.
Myriam is a member of SIETAR, the Society for Intercultural Training and Research, and a mentor at the European Professional Women’s Network.
She is Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation, a certified Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching, USA and a certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy, Australia. She is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.
She is an accredited consultant for ‘The International Profiler’, the ‘International Team Trust Indicator’ and the ‘International Preferences Indicator’ from WorldWork in the UK. She is a certified practitioner for the ‘Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor’ by Tilt Inc, USA as well as a certified coach for the GLOF 360, ‘Global Leader of the Future Assessment’ by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith.
Myriam holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, is a native Italian and grew up in Switzerland and Italy. She is a passionate traveller, a continuous learner, and enjoys getting to know ordinary and extraordinary people around the world.
