Coaching is a partnership, a collaboration between a coach and a client with the objective to empower the client to achieve personal or professional goals.
Professional coaches are trained to listen actively, to observe and to understand how to support the client to enhance the resources he / she already has, but may not be fully aware of.

How does coaching work?
Coaching is based on a dialogue that triggers a powerful process of discovery of the own resources and potential, as well as of solutions and ways to put them into practice.
